Kymco Like 125 EV Revealed with 199 Km of Battery Range

Taiwan-based two-wheeler manufacturer Kymco has announced the launch of the 2022 edition electric scooter – “Like 125 EV.” The Kymco Like 125 EV is the electric version of Kymco’s Like 125 ICE scooter. The two-wheeler is particularly popular in Europe and other Asian markets. Thanks to the popularity of the petrol-powered 125cc scooter, the electric version is also likely to be well in demand. However, Kymco is not likely to bring the Like 125 EV to the Indian market, despite the high demand in the EV sector.

The brand offers 5 swappable battery packs that help the scooter reach a riding range of 199 km. Each battery with a 50V and 13Ah rating weighs 6 kg each. A total of two batteries power the scooter at a time. Powering the Kymco is a 3.2 kW brushless D motor that makes 4.3 Hp of power and 124 Nm of torque.
