Speculation is that the Hero MotoCorp electric scooter is likely to use a 6 kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor. The motor will come with a 2.9 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. This will help both brands balance the economies of scale. The electric motor on the Ather 450X develops 26 Nm of torque. The Hero MotoCorp e-scooter is also likely to make similar amounts of power.
