Whether you are having a reason for riding, it is way too imperative to stay safe on the road. Often we fear the fact of riding a two-wheeler. It is because accidents and injuries are likely to occur. Protection is the key to all. If you follow the parameters and rules, then the chances of injury or unlikely incidents will be minimum.

8 mistakes that you shouldn’t make while riding a bike 

Four-wheelers can get you where you want, but a two-wheeler will make it soulful. A true biker will agree with this fact. 1: Riding without your Safety gears

Without the right riding safety gear, it is not only making your life challenging, but it also creates other lives in danger. Always wear a good quality motorcycle helmet with other riding safety gears like gloves, boots, and riding jackets. 2: Choose a comfortable bike 

Are you riding a bike under the influence of showing your bike to your peers? Well, if so, then you better choose the one you are comfortable with. 3: Earplugs on playing music

Taking calls and listening to soulful music all tend to distract you from driving, leading to significant accidents. Often riders misuse the facility to listen to music while riding the bike. Music is an ideal companion on long-distance trips, but make sure the volume is much lower and in control. 7: Wearing long lace boots 

Dangling boots with laces are not an ideal choice to wear while you are riding for long distances. Proper bike ride boots never have any lace. The straps of the boot must be tucked well so that it doesn’t distract you and lose your grip while driving. It is not essential to always buy a costly boot; use the one that you have- make sure the lace is not dangling.

8: Changing gears while overtaking 

A widespread mistake that we all make unconsciously is changing the gear while we are overtaking any car or people crossing the road. It is a result of many accidents caused due to lost balance. If any vehicle follows you in the overtaking maneuver, then it’s an excellent choice to overtake. Otherwise, it may hit you from behind. The most helpful strategy here is to drop the gear or not and then try to overtake the vehicle running in front of you. Keep the high RPM maintained & change the equipment once the pathway for your bike  is clear. Never come in front of the vehicle while you have overtaken; keep checking the distance with other vehicles in the rearview. Do not overtake at the curve roadways.
