2022 KTM 250 Adventure Revealed with New Colours

Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM recently unveiled the MY22 KTM 390 Adventure in the international market. Now the brand has also introduced the smallest KTM adventure motorcycle, the MY22 KTM 250 Adventure in the international market. The brand has given the new motorcycle updates to the electronics, a few mechanical changes and two new colours and graphics. Owing to its popularity in the Indian market, the brand is also likely to bring the MY22 KTM 250 Adventure here in India.

2022 KTM 250 Adventure – Changes for 2022

The KTM 250 Adventure comes with minor mechanical changes which include the alloy wheels of the motorcycle. KTM has updated the 6-double spoke design replacing it with a 5-double spoke design. The brand claims that the upgraded new alloy wheels are now stronger than before.

The company is also offering the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure with a new OFFROAD ABS mode. The new ABS mode completely deactivates anti-lock brakes on the rear wheel and also reduces the ABS intervention on the front wheel offering more control to the rider. Thanks to the OFFROAD ABS, riders can now slide into corners. However, the minimal intervention on the front still provides safety as it prevents the front brake from fully locking-up on trails. Also, the new system does not disengage the OFFROAD mode even when the rider stalls the motorcycle. 

2022 KTM 250 Adventure – New Colours and Graphics

The 2022 KTM 250 Adventure features two new colour themes. The brand is offering a Blue tank with white panels and new graphics. KTM also offers an orange tank with white tank extensions and a new graphic theme. Body parts on both the colour themes continue to come in black. The new alloy wheels also come in a black colour 

2022 KTM 250 Adventure – Technical Specifications

Powering the KTM 250 Adventure is a 250cc single-cylinder four-valve engine. The liquid-cooled DOHC motor produces 29.5 Hp of power and 22 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper and assist clutch.
