What are the various parameters on which the two-wheelers are tested?

What is an Inspection report?
The inspection report states the condition of the two-wheeler and is a detailed report containing the parameters and their ratings on which the two-wheeler is certified.
Do I need to interact with the seller?
Our team members connect you to the seller and mediate the transaction on your behalf. However interaction with the seller is possible and can be facilitated on your request.
How do I reserve a two-wheeler?
You can reserve a two-wheeler on www.credr.com by paying a reservation amount of Rs. 199/-.
Can I reschedule a meeting?
You can place a request to reschedule the meeting by logging in to your profile, select Track Orders and request to reschedule the meeting. Once we get the request, we will give you a call to fix another meeting time convenient for you.
How many test rides can I get?
You can have test ride as unlimited bikes. However, your Reserve Cart can have only 3 bike reservations at a time. In order to add reserve more bikes, you can keep remove a previously added bike and replace it with another.
Will my reservation amount be refunded if I don`t like any of the two-wheelers?
The reservation amount is non refundable.
In which cities can I make a purchase?
We are currently present in Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune. You can make a purchase in any of these cities.
How can I track my order?
Each test ride or reserved two-wheeler is an order. You can view all your two-wheelers in the “Track Orders” section of the website. Go to Track Orders, login using OTP to see the status of two-wheelers that you want to test ride or have reserved.
How can I complaint regarding the purchased two-wheeler?
You can register your complaints and suggestions by getting in touch with our dedicated Customer Grievance Department between 10 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week by dialings your STD code followed by +91 9075555557 or drop us an email at cs@credr.com.
How do I browse through two-wheelers?
Select your city of residence to view various two-wheeler models and the two-wheelers available under each brand. You can filter two-wheelers by price, year of manufacturing, KM driven of the two-wheeler, etc. Based on your preferences, two-wheelers get filtered and you can view details of the options given.
Is the paper transfer assistance service chargeable?
Yes to avail the paper transfer assistance service, you have to pay a certain amount.
Is it mandatory to reserve a two-wheeler?
In order to take a test ride, it is mandatory to reserve a two-wheeler online.
What is the difference between reserving a bike and booking a test ride?
When you reserve a bike, it is blocked for a period of 48 hours exclusively for you. In case of a test ride, only a meeting is scheduled. If someone else reserves the same bike for the same duration, your booking may get cancelled.
Is the reservation amount refundable and transferable?
The reservation amount is non refundable and not transferrable.
